Update your card, view invoices, or cancel — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your license simply doesn't renew after that.
Cancellations are processed the same day — we'll confirm by reply. The self-serve Stripe portal is coming shortly.
Resend my license key
New machine, cleared browser, or lost the email? Enter the address you subscribed with and we'll send a fresh key to that inbox (never shown here).
For security, the key is only ever delivered to the subscribing email, and requests are rate-limited. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check spam — or the address may not have an active subscription.
How licensing works
- Paste your key once, ever. Your first payment emails you a license key; after you activate it, the app quietly refreshes it every month for as long as you're subscribed.
- Activate in seconds. App → Settings → License & AI → paste the key.
- Monthly emails are just backups. Each renewal emails a fresh copy of the key — you only need it on a new machine or a cleared browser (or use the resend form above).
- Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for; the key then simply stops refreshing.
- Something not working? Report it and we'll fix it fast — most Instagram-related breakages are hotfixed within hours. All sales are final; see the refund policy.
